Position Description: Apply advanced engineering or analytic principles and concepts within a policy-based framework in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Analyze operational requirements, technology development initiatives, technology applications, capability gaps, organizational processes, and security architectures to develop, document, and present feasible concepts for innovative application or re-application of mature or nearly mature technical solutions to emerging problems. Discover flaws or inefficiencies in existing operational solutions and determine alternatives for potential improvement. Integrate system and program lifecycle considerations into proposals, including but not limited to: cost, schedule, performance, and human resources; test planning and execution; configuration control; training and training support; logistics planning and support; and performance measurement. Apply sound program management principles in all work efforts.Experience Required: At least 10 years experience related to degree or degree-equivalent experience, with at least 3 years experience as a SAP analyst or manager or service in a position with similar responsibilities and 3 years experience in a DoD acquisition program (may be concurrent with SAP analyst or manager experience); and familiarity with the JOPP; and JAFAN security policy and execution..
