Job Description and Requirements:USfalcon recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a/an position title to work out of Crystal City, Virginia.This position is contingent upon award of contract.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.- Five (5) years of operations staff experience at the tactical and operational level; to include, experience managing, coordinating, and advising multi-disciplinary teams that perform technical, operational analysis, administrative or professional work in an irregular warfare-focused organization or equivalent. - Top Secret/SCI security clearance..Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook). - A working knowledge of the various aspects of operations, refining tactics techniques and procedures and concepts of operation for emerging initiatives, reviewing and recommending strategic policies as well as operational level plans, a working knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) or DoD equivalent and a functional understanding of Joint and multi-national command structures is preferred. - Must possess and display extremely high skill in written communications..Duties:- Support the Operations Divisions Current Operations Branch by monitoring and providing recommendations on improving the tracking, assessing, reporting and coordination activities within Current Operations. Functions include, establishing (in coordination with other JIEDDO elements) a Counter-IED Joint Common Operational Picture (JCOP); interfacing with Service operations centers, COCOMs, and agencies; preparing and delivering operational update briefs and weekly battle update briefs preparing and delivering briefings for and to senior JIEDDO officials. - Coordinate Current Operations follow up actions, support planning, writing, and dissemination of all JIEDDO warning orders, fragmentary orders, operations orders, and implementation plans. Support the J-3,7 with writing and collating formal reports such as the JIEDDO Annual Report and periodic Congressional Reports. Provide support in maintaining situational awareness on the status of all Counter-IED- related JUONS initiatives; support coordination of all JIEDDO senior leaders travel planning; maintain situational awareness of all JIEDDO deployed personnel and logistical actions and coordinates with liaison officers to JIEDDO. Lead efforts to accept, and track all resource requests emanating from JIEDDOs deployed field teams.- Provide support in maintaining the JIEDDO long-range calendar; developing work plans and monitoring task execution within Current Operations.- Prepare FRAGOs, and GO/FO level correspondence and briefings. - Prepare and champion staffing memorandum.- Attend meetings, VTCs, etc. that pertain to current operations.- Additional duties as assigned.Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.About the Company:USfalcon Inc provides integrated technology solutions worldwide to Department of Defense clients in the areas of C4ISR Operations, Aerospace mission support, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics and Training.
