Daily Responsibilities SRA is searching for an experienced Business Development Account Manager who has the drive and connections to exponentially grow our footprint within the Health space This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial and success oriented individual to make a difference As our newest Business Development Account Manager within our growing Health Group you will have the ability to leverage your relationships and understanding of the IT industry into a winning solution that highlight SRAas experience and reputation You will be challenged to manage a large number of fast moving task orders and contracts in order to pick the right ones based on the competitive landscape and relentlessly gather intelligence position and leverage the capture and technical teams to drive the best solution This requires the ability to foresee the best solution the best opportunities and to position SRA appropriately with a discriminating win theme Support the Growth initiatives around developing new business in the Health Group Success is working hard to develop winning proposals and supporting our customers Within the First 30 days you will develop a go to market plan for your customer In 90 days you will be able to target projects that we can win and develop a plan for success Witin 6 months you will have several proposals under review Within a year you will be expected to have won 5 million aplus of new business You will be responsible for group and account level bid decision reviews and formalized business development process by using nimble and decisive decision making with a few key leaders within the Health Group And by identifying several top opportunities for SRA to target and introducing SRAas capabilities to decision making clients you will become a recognized leader within SRA and the industry Required Years of experience (min) 69 Required Degree Bachelors Required Basic Qualifications a Experience in a business growth role (capture business development sales) and building client relationships Experience closing at least 25M deals Experience working with customers and analyzing their needs Experience dealing with and selling to the VA (Veterans Affairs) Required Travel 20 30 Desired Degree Masters
