This role requires leadership, financial, portfolio and program management skills as demonstrated through a clear track record of success in previous employment. You will be responsible for the success of all projects and initiatives within the Business Program. You will be responsible for setting and achieving performance goals, maintaining positive relationships with clients, increasing current offerings to clients, and managing the operating budgets within the Business Program. Will also promote and instill a culture of proactive problem identification and resolution, ensuring that issues are rapidly identified and raised to the appropriate level of the organization for solution.-15+ years of experience leading large projects and teams and overseeing all aspects of cost, schedule, and quality management for programs and projects- 3+ years experience managing a portfolio of separate, but inter-related projects for related customers-4+ years experience delivering solutions for the Transportation Security Administration, specifically information technology solutions including IT infrastructure, Information Assurance, threat assessment systems, and screening and operational support systems. - Secret or higher security clearance requiredReference 33701BR.
