b Position Description: /b

The Sr. Programmer/Analyst has an expertise in Microsoft and other technologies expected to perform the full range of application analysis, design, and programming functions with the ability to apply technical knowledge creatively to identify and solve complex problems.

As a member of the ADS Team, the Programmer/Analyst will work closely with other ISS staff, including other developers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Project Management, Architecture and the Technical Council to maintain, support, and enhance a wide variety of third party, and proprietary applications and integrations.

The Sr. Programmer/Analyst will be responsible for technical specifications and code by complying with CCBCC s development standards and naming conventions. This position will also be responsible for providing production support for wide range of business critical applications.

This is a full-time position and will require participation as needed with respect to 24 hour on-call production support.

b Key Tasks: /b
The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Programmer Analyst include:
li Provision of robust, reliable, and effective systems for CCBCC.
li Work as a project team member during end to end system life cycle development of major projects.
li Lead minor projects/enhancements and mentor/assist junior level staff.
li Provide technical input to risk analysis and change control.
li Accurately report project status to project team leadership.
li Understanding and following of development standards and policies.
li Collaboration and effective communication with various functional and technical teams.
li Development of detailed technical specifications based upon functional specs.
li Design and Development of complicated applications.

li Ability to work in diversified teams
li Willingness to work outside of normal working hours (nights and weekends), when required to meet certain deadlines
li Ability to travel and attend training courses, seminars and meetings
li Ability to work in heterogeneous technical environment
li Positive, flexible, proactive, and energetic.
li Ability to produce results on multiple projects at the same time
li Professional-level oral and written communication skills are required

b Experience Required: /b
li Minimum 6 years of Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP NET, XML Web Services, JavaScript
li Minimum 6 years of Database design, development, and enhancement within MS SQL Server DBMS.
li Strong working knowledge of Team Foundation Server
li Experience working with various COTS (Commercial-Off-The Shelf) applications
li Experience in HTML5 Mobile Application Development and jQUERY development

li Mobile application development
li PLSQL programming
li Unix scripting
li EAI tools like (CAST IRON, TIBCO, WEBMETHODS E.T.C)
li Database tools (Red Gate, Apex)
li Data transformation (DTS or SSIS)
li Reporting tools (SSRS/ Crystal/ Active reports)
