This short term assignment is for aggressive, self motivated Senior Recruiters who can identify qualified candidates and fill Technical positions quickly.

Contract Senior Recruiters to work full time, in office or offsite for a 2-3 month assignment. Responsible for the recruitment cycle including searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screen, interview and register, prospective professional candidates through our Applicant tracking System (Taleo). Submit and review candidates with the Recruiting Manager and the Hiring Managers. Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers. Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships. 5+ years of prior recruiting experience required.
Note: This is a contract, high commission based opportunity. Must being willing and open to that with no base or draw in place.
Position Summary Description:
Identify, interview and submit candidates in a timely and efficient manner for a fast paced I.T. Environment.
Includes all aspects of technical recruiting such as: sourcing resumes, preliminary screening of candidates, setting candidates up on technical testing and behavioral assessments, negotiating compensation, resume formatting and candidate packet preparation, and coordinating candidate interviews.
Proactively identify candidates.
Act as initial point of contact for recruiting requests and concerns field recruiting calls as needed.
Manage daily Recruiting metric reports.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
3-5+ years experience technical recruiting in a fast paced, dynamic environment responding to multiple I.T. people with several open job requirements across a wide spectrum of IT related positions.
Ability to effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates for contract and permanent positions.
Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision.
