Russell Runey, PHR, HudsonMann

Russell has been employed with HudsonMann since 2009. During his tenure, he has obtained a firm understanding of affirmative action planning by managing and completing thousands of affirmative action plans for HudsonMann clients. Russell also has extensive knowledge and experience in affirmative action compliance through his work with OFCCP officers on numerous compliance reviews. Each review to which Russell contributed received a 100% technical rating.

Russell is currently a Sr. Compliance Specialist within the organization and is responsible for developing hundreds of affirmative action plans on an annual basis. In addition, Russell provides consultation and support to clients on a wide range of compliance related topics including but not limited to: applicant tracking, audit support, EEO-1 and VETS 4212 compliance, and compensation practices.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Francis Marion University and maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
