Alexandra received her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Understanding Autism from Wheelock College and began her career at Easter Seals as an intern, before becoming a Job Developer, and ultimately Program Manager of the Employment and Transition Services (ETS) Department. The ETS department includes transition assessments, vocational evaluations, job development & placement, and the College Navigator Program.

Jennifer is a Job Developer for the Easterseals Boston office who works with individuals with varying disabilities in their employment search, including supporting them with resume building, practicing interviewing skills, researching and forming relationships with employers, and providing on-the-job supports to maintain employment.
