1. Read work orders and Batch cards to determine production specifications and information. 2. Precision Weigh Up of liquids, adhesives, paint and other conductive chemicals. 3. Perform Mixing operation to batch card requirements. 4. Print required product labels. 5. Dispense material into proper containers. 6. Label material containers. 7. Package containers into corrugated box. Label Box. 8. Record production information using Day by Hour. 9. Clean and maintain work area. 10. Participate in High Performance Team. 11. Sustain Safety and 5S program. 12. Perform Quality checks as needed.
1. High school diploma or GED required 2. Manufacturing experience is a Plus. 3. Must have knowledge of weights and be able to use a scale 4. Must have good math skills. 5. Must be able to work in a fast-pace department and be able to multi-task 6. Good communication skills; written as well as verb 7. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
