Founded in 2011, we're now a team of 40+ people who are solely focused in B2B marketing and lead generation. We service our clients through utilizing subject matter experts, streamlining account management, and holding ourselves accountable to performance. We're headquartered in Portland, OR and currently expanding into Austin!
Currently, we track to revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. Our aim is to optimize digital channels for revenue outcomes.

You, the Paid Search Manager, are a data-obsessed problem-solver. You pay attention to the details without losing sight of clients' bigger and long term goals. You re quick to pick up patterns and patient enough to identify long-term trends. You are detail-oriented, logical, and endlessly curious about the future of Paid Search.
Driving industry-leading paid search strategy for B2B companies
Optimizing accounts to client business objectives including cost per sales qualified lead, cost per customer, and ROI or return on advertising spend (ROAS)
Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting clients business objectives
Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives/opportunities accordingly
Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and KPI targets
Implementing testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives, audience segmentation, placements, and networks
More than 1 year managing client PPC campaigns directly
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, and AdWords editor
Experience creating and customizing PPC reporting including creating pivot tables of paid search performance in Excel
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and/or CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) reporting and programs
Past work with notable B2B clients (e.g. Oracle, SAP, IBM)
Experience training others in paid search
Experience with management of employees and team building
