Position Title: Staff Integrations Engineer
Location: 1 Camp Street, Suite 100, Cambridge, MA 02140
Summary of Duties: Designing and leading Partner Integration team to build automation that address frequently occurring technical support needs. Monitor and identify Google and Apple App Store Policy and Platform changes and work with Product Managers to architect solutions that will ensure Tapjoy SDK compliance with App Stores. Responsible for updating Technical components of Tapjoy Mobile Applications to keep up with underlying Platform changes. Responsible for reviewing, testing and making recommendations to 3rd Party Creatives being used within Tapjoy services. Responsible for reviewing, writing sample code and supporting technical needs for all Tapjoy APIs. Writing and updating documentation for Tapjoy software, training Tapjoy employees in technical matters, working on SDK features and correcting SDK bugs, giving customer feedback to the Tapjoy product team, and testing Tapjoy software. Monitoring the incoming ticket queue for customer requests. Diagnosing and solving customer issues with Tapjoy's software. Writing and updating technical documentation for Tapjoy's software. Communicating about client issues to the team and the company as a whole. Periodically update Tapjoy Mobile Applications to match Operating System changes.
Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation, employer will also accept a Master s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and three years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Client programming in Objective-C and Java for iOS and Android; Two (2) applications that were published in an official app store or used in a commercial setting; Development environments (Xcode and Android Studio); MacOS, Charles Proxy, Google BigQuery or SQL and Google Documents; and Issue tracking software such as JIRA or Zendesk.
