As part of the Trax Retail family, we are a pre-IPO unicorn looking to accelerate our growth trajectory as we partner with major brands and retailers, ranging from H&M and Unilever to Best Buy and Purina, to transform the way people engage with stores and products, both online and in the physical world.
Shopkick is in search of a Marketing Associate. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company's mission and culture. You are a team player who excels at driving business results, making strategic recommendations, and finding a balance between creativity and analytics. You work exceptionally well cross-functionally with strong communication and leadership skills. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Help explore and research new marketing channels, platforms and networks, specifically social channels and influencer strategy
Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement, to increase our user growth
Plan monthly social media schedule alongside our Content Manager to incorporate original, fresh, and engaging content
Assist with briefing and copywriting marketing campaigns for our partners
Collaborate and collect key data with all marketing disciplines to manage reporting for user growth and retention optimization
Work closely with marketing partners to execute valuable, successful campaigns
Execute marketing campaigns, including briefing campaigns, copywriting, messaging setup, and conversion tracking
Slice and dice complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results
Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion
Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun and take pride in building a world-class product that makes a difference on people's lives
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
At least 2 years of work experience
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Ability to proactively seek, identify and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
Creative with fresh, unique ideas and the execution skills to bring them to life
Excellent grasp of numbers with a love for data and analytics
Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Nice to have
Agency campaign management experience is a plus
Social media management experience is a plus
Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Tableau experience is a plus
Braze experience is a plus
