This position will be at our RJG corporate training and manufacturing facility in beautiful Traverse City, MI. Job Title: Training Operations Assistant
This position will work closely with the Consulting|Training Operations Manager, and act as a backup to Manager in performing business operation duties. This position will primarily provide support to the Consulting|Training Department, other RJG departments globally as needed, RJG external partners, and customers.

Essential Job Functions:
Public and Private Seminar Coordinator
Manage full range of class activities for all courses, facilities and on-line classes
1. Assist with the online registrations, payments, manage waiting list to fill classes
2. Confirmations, revisions, transfers and cancellations
3. Issue codes for on-line classes, order books and other administrative tasks
4. Certificates and letters of completion, course evaluations
Make calls to customers from incoming registrations or course evaluations and provide suggestions on an ideal education path or provide more information as requested to help sell training
1. Refer leads to appropriate Account Coordinator
2. Help to coordinate training plans for qualified customers
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
1. Enter new courses, accounts, contacts, student scores, etc.
Schedule and manage all US Consultant|Trainer calendars
Research/Arrange/Coordinate travel for the US Consultant|Trainers in accordance with RJG company policies
Qualified Trainer and Train the Trainer Program Administration
Act as the liaison between the Qualified Trainers and RJG
Issue and/or update contracts for new and re-qualifying attendees
Follow-up on completion of contracts and any other required documents
Provide training to new and re-qualifying attendees on how to complete and return materials back to RJG
Registrations and Administration Mentor
Help onboard and off-board employees at a departmental level
Provide training to administrative staff for Consulting|Training services.
Travel to our other facilities as needed to provide training and support to the Administrative staff
Maintain a standardized registration process globally
Act as RJG product/education/registration champion
Act as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) champion for the Consulting|Training Department. Attend meetings to support the progress of the CRM system.
Implement policies and procedures. Continuously look for ways to improve existing processes.
If no policy or procedure exists, take the initiative to discover the process, document the steps, and submit for review
Document and update regular processes pertaining to:

Associates Degree in Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite of programs. Must have a good understanding of RJG or be willing to attend RJG courses, possibly multiple times, in order to maintain an understanding of our course content.
Excellent written communication skills -typing (Speed/accuracy/grammar/spelling/punctuation).
Excellent verbal communication skills Must be a good listener. Able to fluently and confidently plan events and/or meetings.
Initiative to learn new software programs and have the ability to create and follow detailed written procedures Independently.
Develop viable solutions to problems as they arise.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient and quality manner.
Experience making travel arrangements in a business environment. Experience with participant centered training such as The Bob Pike Group Project management experience and general knowledge of RJG is a plus.
Experience using Adobe product.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
Experience in SAGE accounting software products is helpful (MAS90, MAS200, ERP100, etc.)
Understanding and implementation of Lean Principles.
Proficiency in a language other than English a plus.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a quality conscious \\"team player\\".

Office setting. Exposure to loud noises, chemical smells, or plastic substances is minimal, but possible.
Remote. Must have a dedicated space that is conducive to performing business responsibilities at a remote location
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, bending, sitting, seeing, walking, talking, extended periods of time at desk doing computer work, and/or extended periods of time sitting in a vehicle or plane for travel.
Travel Expectations: Occasional domestic and international travel 10-30%. Must have or the ability to obtain a passport. Must have and maintain a valid driver s license and a driving record that is acceptable with our insurance company.
