The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for leading a team onsite in providing outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be someone willing and interested in growing and developing their individual skills as well as the skills of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
The individual will be expected to:
Manage the relationship with all our clients; be the key point of contact for all clients
Recruit, hire, train, coach and manage a customer service team working first and second shifts
Guide consumers to appropriate agencies efficiently and compliantly
Oversee exception payments
Partner with finance and agencies to set up and distribute purchased accounts for funding
Adhere to company/industry standards and work alongside compliance team
Customer service mindset
Excellent analytical and technical skills
Strong decision making, problem solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to both appease and push back on clients when necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
Comfortable working in a fast paced and potentially virtual environment
5+ years experience in customer service
Supervisory experience is a plus
Proficiency with Tools/systems
