Licensed Vocational Nurse Position
SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTION:
13 year old female: (G-tube/Bipap) Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm (90035)
16 year old female: (G-tube/Trach/Vent) Friday & Saturday 11:00pm-7:00am (90035)
10 year old male: (G-tube/Trach/Vent) Saturday & Sunday 11:00pm-7:00am (90044)
14 year old female: (G-tube/Trach/Vent) Monday-Friday 11:00pm to 7:00am (90016)
20 year old female: (G-tube/Trach) Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am (90293)

-$24-$26 Hourly + $500 Sign on bonus(dispensed $100 weekly for the first 5 weeks)
-Current California Vocational Nurse License
-1 year of LVN experience
-Current CA Identification
-Current PPD or chest x-ray (PPD 2 step required)
-Current Health physical (Dated within the last 6 months)
If you do not have a current PPD/chest x-ray and physical. If eligible for hire we are able to send you to one of our clinics to get this completed. Aveanna will assume the cost.
