Job OverviewThe Enterprise Solutions Specialist (ESS) will complement the needs of multiple departments, share ideas, optimize solutions and lead cross departmental collaboration throughout Ambry Genetics and Progeny. The Enterprise Solutions Specialist works closely with clients, operations, business development, IT, and Progeny's Project Management Team. As a member of Ambry's commercial sales team, the ESS will collaborate and support its peers to drive revenue through new and expanded strategic partnerships. Collusion within Ambry's Sales team is essential for success within this role. Collaborating peers include but is not limited to Account Managers and Specialty Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Strategic Account Executives and Directors.Job Responsibilities* Develop and execute a territory business plan by identifying, evaluating, and reaching out to potential clients* Conduct demonstrations of Ambry's powerful risk modeling and pedigree software, Progeny* Achieve territory revenue and sales objectives* Partner with internal teams to maintain superior customer support* Maintain a high level of product, competitor and market knowledge* Participate in cross-functional teams that support all customer-facing roles within the assigned geographic region* Identify and support in the development of key opinion leaders as advocates for Ambry Genetics products and services.Job Requirements* Proven leader, proficient in task delegation, excellent communication and organization skills.* Ability to collaborate and solve problems.* Ability to travel 60-80% within defined territory.* Ability to develop strong clinical product knowledge.* Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills to include active listening, coaching, advising, facilitating and problem solving are required.* Ability to apply these skills at all levels and in diverse settings.* Attention to detail and follow up skills.* ESS must be able to maintain relationships with accounts to secure and grow the business.* Highly organized and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of Salesforce, or a similar CRM, and other business programs.* Preferred but not required, candidates may have a general knowledge of clinical genetics, genetic testing modalities and pedigree software applications and uses.About UsAmbry Genetics Corporation is a CAP-accredited and CLIA-licensed molecular genetics laboratory based in Aliso Viejo, California.
