Our goal is to bring exciting change to the plate-and Beyond.? Lead, develop, and partner with mid to large restaurant companies for best in class marketing programs? Management of external-facing customer interactions for the marketing team? Define and steward clear SMART goals to drive market performance? Provide best in class service and annual and long range plans anchored in the customer insights and business objectives delivered through unique and compelling marketing programs? Provide insights on best practice pricing strategies to ensure optimization of sales and profitability? Support sales lead in all customer needs? Provide assessment loop of customer/BEYOND marketing programs? Identify customer specific innovation opportunities that competitively differentiated and deliver a unique experience for guests.? Oversee, at a strategic level, the development, testing, and deployment of new menu items for food service customers.? Ensure alignment between customer needs and Beyond brand standards? Collaborate across all levels of Beyond Meat organization to drive company goals (sales, operations, Quality, finance, etc.)? Further advance the internal customer marketing capabilities? Actively manage, coach and develop food service marketing team? Develop and manage cost estimates, project timelines, and budgetsQualifications* BA degree* +10 years' experience in a working for or being directly accountable for the marketing of quick serve and or fast casual restaurants* Extensive food and beverage experience within restaurants. US and global experience relevant.* Proven experience with marketing strategy and execution that demonstrate the nuances of marketing to various consumers and cultures.* Demonstrated ability to utilize innovative marketing strategies and avenues (such as social media, new media, etc)* Experience with food service innovation and customer management (internal or external) with winning in market results for supplier and restaurant* Demonstrated ability to adapt to change quickly by being forward thinking and role modeling for others to follow.* Excellent communication skills, must be able to present his or her ideas effectively and persuasively.* Proficient technical skills using MS Office suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD or comparable applications* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to include the ability to leverage syndicated and custom insights and business metrics* Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the timeBeyond Meat is an equal employment opportunity employer.
