Current Kaiser Permanente employees who received their RCP license prior to 1986 are exempt from this educational requirement- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of California- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care- Certification (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
