The successful candidate will report to the Manager, AP Team and be responsible for driving continuous process improvement, daily operations in the accounts payable function, and supporting all elements of Facebook's expenditures. You will be expected to problem solve, exercise common sense with good business judgment, while providing users with excellence in AP.**Required Skills:** 1. Understand the full P2P cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems and drive issues to resolution including impact and risk assessments, status reporting, DTP management, and more2. Effectively provide day-to-day accounts payable support to the outsourced service provider in the following areas: PO and Non-PO invoice processing, holds, payment cycles, 1099 reporting, records management, GL entries, month-end and year-end closing of the AP modules, and account reconciliation3. Ensure accounts payable operations comply with statutory requirements, company policies, processes, procedures, internal controls, and Finance objectives4. Support the accounts payable operation in identifying, verifying, analyzing, testing and rolling out financial systems, tools and processes5. Assist in the development and implementation of our continuous improvement strategy within AP6. Collaborate with Regional AP Teams to drive process improvement and automation globally7. Support maintenance of desktop procedures to ensure current processes are accurately documented8. Ensure internal resources and third parties are aligned within project scope for flawless execution9. Work with data from multiple data sources and have comfort with pulling and analyzing multiple reports10. Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees, outsourced providers and suppliers11. Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders12. Manage escalations from business stakeholders and collaborate with Global \\"Source-to-Pay\\" Helpdesk to drive timely and accurate resolution13. Collaborate with Supplier Master Team to ensure processes and systems provide for effective onboarding and modification of supplier profiles14. Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed**Minimum Qualifications:** 15. 5+ years of \\"procure-to-pay\\" and continuous improvement/business analysis experience16. Skilled team player with interpersonal skills and a tracking record of successfully working with cross-functional business stakeholders17. Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming18. Proven analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translating them into operational requirements19. Proven attention to detail and organization skills20. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint21.
