JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary
The Consultant role is to provide services to division staff regarding production support and configuration implementation for business-related software applications. The consultant demonstrates an understanding of how to use technology to develop and deliver products. They collaborate throughout the division on developing the optimal use of assessment technology systems. They serve as primary liaisons to communicate the division's technology requirements for current technology tools and for future capability needs.

*Troubleshooting issues and redirecting escalation, if needed
*Minimum 1-3 years' experience.
Job Requirements: This is a more entry-level position that will be focused on supporting the department's production support incident needs and end-user communications, freeing up capacity from others on the team currently covering that work.
