Innthis key position, you will manage all operational aspects of the RadiologicalnSciences reception area in order to ensure the efficient and effective coveragenof a 24/7 schedule. You will provide administrative support, personnelnmanagement (including all staff JCAHO documentation), formulation of sectionnpolicies/procedures and staff training. You will also be responsible fornplanning, organizing, and coordinating the implementation of reception and cashncollection activities at the Santa Monica facilities. We re looking to you tonprovide support at multiple sites including our Santa Monica Campus and othernsites as necessary which will involve occasional weekend and night supervision.

Weekendnand night supervision of employees when needed. Rotation in Westwood and SM maynoccur. Required backups for Western Geographical Manager. Qualifications

We re seeking a creative, innovative leader with:

tThree to five years of operations management experience in a multi-functional organization with a focus on reception and cash collection management
tWorking knowledge of logistics and distribution principles
tAbility to lead and motivate a large staff as well as contribute to strategic planning activities
tComputer proficiency with data processing, registration, scheduling and word processing applications
tExceptional managerial, collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills
tExperience with recruitment and retention strategies
tAbility to interpret financial and statistical data
tKnowledge of front-end process and reception requirements
tUnderstanding of Lean methodologies
