Come join the team that makes this happen.FTE1Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours80Work ShiftAll Shifts: 8 hoursJob DescriptionThe primary function of the Ambulatory Marketing Program Manager is to plan, coordinate and manage the development and execution of consumer and business-focused marketing and communications to support growth and brand awareness for El Camino Health Medical Network, which includes the urgent care, primary and specialty care clinics.This position will develop strong working relationships across the enterprise functions and the El Camino Health Medical Network (ECHMN) line of business as well as with partners involved in specialty lines of business.The Ambulatory Marketing Program Manager contributes to the success of the ambulatory line of business by understanding customer needs and developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth and improve the customer experience. The position will seek progressive and innovative means to convey and promote the El Camino Health's (ECH) Masterbrand and value proposition by building awareness and engagement between the community and the organization's physicians and ambulatory services.Key Responsibilities:* Work with El Camino Health Medical Network (ECHMN) leaders to develop a vision, goals, strategies and tactics to successfully penetrate the market and achieve desired business results* Lead the development and execution of short and long-term marketing strategies and plans to increase revenue, maximize profit and grow market share in alignment with the organization's business goals* Work with the marketing and communications department team members and external partners to execute cross-channel marketing plans that drive awareness, community engagement, and effectively communicate relevance through the organization's specialized service offerings* Assess the market opportunity through analytics of key consumer segments, positioning, and target marketing strategies; using that knowledge to develop promotional and education campaigns that reach and engage both B2B and consumer targets* Assess competitor activities and identify implications for positioning ECH's ambulatory offering in the market* Develop and maintain ambulatory market expertise and contacts within the market and with key associations to gather competitive information and identify new ideas and best practices* Coordinate with Physician Liaison Services and Operations to provide the marketing components of the new physician onboarding process including their inclusion on digital properties and integration into other established marketing programs and enterprise service line efforts* Work with clinic-based regional managers to ensure brand and message consistency in all clinic locations* Serve as liaison with marketing staff at partner organizations to ensure coordinated and aligned messaging* Develop and manage assigned budgets for marketing plan activities assigned to this responsibility. Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions* Provide project management and day-to-day coordination for execution of marketing initiatives* Analyze ROI, campaign results and online analytics to inform program improvements* Contribute to market research activities to analyze and identify market needs and issues, when necessary* Educate ECHMN staff of the purpose of building and enhancing understanding the ECH Masterbrand, as well as programs and services throughout the enterprise; to improve patient continuum of care and increased customer lifetime value* Work collaboratively with ECHMN staff to ensure operational and clinical readiness and alignment prior to marketing execution* Identify opportunities for cross-promotion with marketing colleagues within the department* Participate in appropriate business units and/or service line meetings as marketing's representative. Report back to marketing department leadershipQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant major is required.Advanced degree in business or public sector equivalent, marketing/communications, or health related field is preferred.Seven (7) years' marketing and communications experience.Five (5) years of demonstrated experience and responsibility executing multi-channel communications, brand management, and digital communications with a strong understanding of the business planning, measuring success and challenges of the healthcare industry.Experience working with traditional and emerging marketing concepts, marketing strategies, service-industry promotion, market analysis, and forecasting.Excellent writing and communications skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the marketing organization when working with \\"internal clients\\" such as employees, physicians and senior-level executives within the medical network and clinic operations.Demonstrated success and understanding and executing cross-channel marketing tactics to drive consumer engagement such as social and digital media, advertising and communications platforms, marketing automation/CRM, content creation, and website management.Advanced computer knowledge, knowledge of social media platforms, CRM and database platforms, as well as web analytical tools.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and managing other digital platforms such as Adobe, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, etc.License/Certification/Registration RequirementsNoneThis is a general description of the nature and level of work performed by people in this classification.
