JOB SUMMARY: Our client, a media company in Newtown, CT, is looking for an Associate Media Director to join the team. In this role, the ideal candidate will manage a team of Account Planners who will manage media planning and buying efforts. The Associate Media Director will be responsible for cultivating networking opportunities and contributing to prospect pitches and all aspects of media buying, from OOH, print, radio and TV. In addition, the Associate Media Director will be responsible for managing workload and leading the Account Planning team.
- 8 years of experience in an agency environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience managing relationships and leading teams
- Demonstrated project management skills in prior roles
