TITLE

Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative - Foodservice

~MUST BE FULLY BI-LINGUAL IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH.

Office Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is intended to provide customer service support to the Rowland coffee roasters away from home business. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction during customer interaction to provide service and product on a timely matter to our current and potential customers. Assists customers questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the Company through research and resolution using various tools and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answering, dispatching and logging all service calls

* Follow up with technicians and customers to monitor service satisfaction

* Relay calls to Supervisors

* Process credit card sales

* Make deposits directly to the bank of all checks received by mail, scan checks and distribute to all Foodservice Divisions

* Back up for Coffee Equipment Clerk

* Generate Sales Genie reports and monthly service calls reports.

* Help with the on-call and after-hours scheduling

* Follow all company mandates and policies; attend all required meetings and training seminars

* Understand and embrace Smucker Basic Beliefs Quality, People, Ethics, Growth and Independence

* Process all FedEx orders and correspondence

* Maintain a log of any incomplete service calls for a follow up.

* Help in other areas as needed

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

* High school degree or GED is required

Experience

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service (in an office setting) or receptionist/administrative assistant work is required

Other

* Fluent in English and Spanish is a must

* Computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet) are required

* High degree of organizational ability and accuracy

* Analytical ability

* Willingness to learn any other position

* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

* Team Player desire to serve others

* Willingness to take any other responsibility as needed

* Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Lunch: 1 hour
