Responsibilities

* Applies technical expertise and business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate and define complex business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business processes and industry requirements, such as MBA CSEA Standards.
* Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing data analysis, presentations and recommendations using CMG historical employment outcomes data.
* Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes business and user needs, documenting requirements in support of CMG tech platform migration to 12Twenty
* Participates in cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
* Provides user support and training on new applications.

Career Development
* Attend classes to enhance expertise in job areas and improve communication.
* Attend campus training courses to gain knowledge and be more proficient with campus policies and newly development procedures.
* Overall seek training to allow position to grow and develop professionally.


Required Qualifications

* Thorough knowledge of business analysis function.
* Knowledge of other areas of IT.
* Knowledge of department processes and procedures.
* Skills associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.
* Interpersonal and communications skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

Education/Training:
* Bachelor s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Salary & Benefits

This is an exempt, monthly paid position. Annual salary will be commensurate with experience up to $98,900
