NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Card Conversion Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).





Project Deliverables:

The Card Conversion Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for partnering with executive leadership, driving process excellence, and leading a large, complex credit card conversion initiative for this merger of equals (MOE).



Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

*Effectively manages and owns workstreams with data mapping and data conversion activities within a high intensity credit card conversion environment while assigning tasks, identifying issues, escalating risks, reporting current status, identifying interdependencies and leading workgroups, as required.

*Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints and schedule. Manages projects according to work plan. Performs critical path analysis.

*Develops and routinely reassesses project budgets to account for variances and ensures accuracy. Creates budget reports to compare actual with forecasted costs.

*Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders.
*Develops and manages project risk and issue management plans. Analyzes risks by probability and severity to assess their impact on project delivery. Implements procedures to mitigate risk threats.

*Utilizes available tools for identifying and tracking issues such as the Delivery Risk Assessment, risk workshops, and clarity.
*Defines processes and standards around governance, communication, and quality and promotes collaboration and communication across the MOE.

*Identifies and develops strategy for changes in scope, schedule, and cost. Develops strategic rationale for change including costs, benefits, tradeoffs, etc.
*Creates transition plan, identifies lessons learned, and applies the lessons learned to future projects.
*Identifies and manages project and program interdependencies.
*Establish program objectives; develop requirements, plan schedules and estimate cost.
*Balances needs of stakeholders and gains buy-in from groups who may be resistant to change while also effectively negotiating tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget.



Basic Qualifications:

*Bachelor s degree in an IT or business related field is required

*7+ years of experience involving IT Management for financial institutions focused on credit card conversions (First Data and TSYS) and platform development

*5+ years of experience leading major implementations including systems integrations, data mapping, and post-production system health (including deconversion) engagements across Consumer, Small Business, or Commercial product lines

*3+ years of consulting experience

*Ability to travel according to client demands generally 50%-75% of the month



Preferences:

*Consulting experience with a FSI client

*100% travel tolerance
