The Channel Sales Account Manager will support sales by cultivating relationships with Axiom s strategic partners in support of sales across several of the company s revenue lines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner organizations Provide partners with orientation regarding Axiom s value proposition to each of its audiences to the partners will be able to communicate the message accurately and effectively Assist channel partners in developing sales and marketing strategies and plans Coordinate with channel partners in maintaining prospective and current customer information Ensure target sales volume and strategic objectives with partner accounts are met Sell through partner organizations to end-goal clients in coordination with technical sales leads Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows and other promotional activities Maintain integrity of partner sales funnel including reports and requests for information as needed Enlists the support of sales specialists, product teams, and management resources as needed QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education &Experience Demonstrated success in direct selling efforts or channel partner sales experience in B2B, B2C, high-net-worth, industrial or medical client bases Undergraduate degree in business management, marketing or equivalent experience (graduate degree preferred but not required) 4 to 7 years of total sales experience required 3+ years of experience in channel partner sales with demonstrable success in reaching sales and channel partner development goals Skills Ability to effectively translate company s value proposition into a compelling case & format Ability to understand customer base and to influence them with innovative approaches Proficient with some or all of the following software: CRM, SEO, analytics, email marketing, design Professional, confident, driven and dynamic Exceptional strategic, creative, interpersonal skills Additional languages other than English a plus Axiom Space offers competitive salary, benefits, and total compensation packages.
