JOB DESCRIPTIONABOUT YOU
You are a person who enjoys operating equipment and working with your hands in a safe manner. You don t mind enduring the summer heat and cold winters while working in the plant. Your need to continuously grow drives you to learn how to operate different types of industrial equipment. Your attention to detail helps you to understand the procedures accurately and do your job well.
DAY IN THE LIFE
After gearing up in your PPE, you can expect to:
Attend the required shift meeting/briefing
Check-in with your Supervisor or Operations Manager
Review the daily shift report
Sample and Offload tankers
Transfer waste to appropriate destination
Treat waste with material specified by supervisor
Operate a fork lift
Keep up with general housekeeping
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of chemistry and experience in a process industry is preferred
Ability to wear a respirator
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including overtime and weekends
Able to work well with minimal supervision
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
