The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Analyze business problems, develop technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full life-cycle
Develop innovative solutions to exceed the needs of the business
Develop reusable components, frameworks and libraries
Perform Unit Testing, support Systems Integration testing and UAT
Adhere to best practices for implementing IA solutions
Works closely with the architecture groups to ensure Technology standards are within Claim IA Team guidelines
Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop, test, implement and support solutions using IA platforms.
Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds and overall code quality
Educate business teams on IA development best practices
Become IA Champion for Claim Technology
Build lasting partnerships with Technology and Business Team Other duties as assigned.

Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of programming/development experience required.Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
1 year hands on IA development experience preferred
Knowledge of Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
C# .net programming experience for building libraries, methods, modules.
SQL, Windows Server 2012+, SQL Server
Automation Anywhere, Pega/Open Span or comparable tool
