JOB DESCRIPTIONCLIENT RELATIONSHIP. * The successful candidate will work to exceed the expectations of our home care clients by being responsive, helpful and friendly.
* He/she will get to know each client through an initial assessment and/or through ongoing telephone calls/visits with the client.
* The client services manager will respond as quickly as possible to all home care client questions and will work with each client to ensure we re helping them age at home with dignity.
SCHEDULING. * We expect our Client Services Manager to be customer-service focused, with attention to detail and efficiency. If you're comfortable working with caregivers and clients to get their scheduling needs met and like the human-element of matching caregivers to cases, HouseWorks wants to hear from you!
DOCUMENTATION AND FEEDBACK SUPPORT. * In our fast-paced, high-volume office, the Client Services Manager works collaboratively with open communication to get the work done. We ask that calls and documentation are completed in a timely manner, with detail and any relevant information is communicated to appropriate team members.
CAREGIVER CONNECTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS. * The Client Services Manager is very focused on supporting the Caregiver associates at HouseWorks and making their jobs as uncomplicated as possible. We ask that all team members focus on developing relationships with Caregivers and are comfortable providing feedback; To do this, we expect candidates to have an exceptional customer service demeanor and great communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, patient, professional and solution-focused during difficult conversations or situations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES. At least one year experience in a related position and/or field.
SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS. Ideal candidates have an upbeat attitude, like solving problems and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that is very people-centered.
TIME COMMITMENT. To be a great fit for this position, a candidate must be available for a full-time position.
