This position will serve as the Lockheed Martin RMS Communications Security \(COMSEC\) Account Manager\. Responsible for the compliance of a large COMSEC Account with varying types accountable material and encryption keys\. Accomplishes keying and testing of COMSEC equipment and provides related support and oversight to multiple programs\. Directly interfaces with oversight agency personnel and internal program customers to ensure successful and compliant operations\. Maintains administrative and management control of the COMSEC account equipment and functions, including maintaining necessary approvals from both the issuing agency and Contracting Authority and also insuring validity of the equipment is up to date\. Submits all required accounting reports to the NSA COR Account Manager\. Conducts appropriate COMSEC and Cryptographic briefings and provides appropriate safeguarding and handling training to material\-end users\. Maintains and updates local COMSEC standard operating procedures\. Investigates and documents mishandling of COMSEC material\. Ensures that COMSEC material shipped outside of the account is packaged and shipped in compliantly\. When applicable, makes necessary shipping arrangements with the DCS or approved government courier\. Keep appraised of current/evolving secure communications equipment and technologies by seeking and completing development opportunities\. Conduct security education training\. Interface with internal/external customers to identify requirements and provide problem resolution\. Publicize and maintain security directives, policies and procedures\.

Working knowledge of and ability to interpret the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual \(NISPOM\), the COMSEC NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3\-16 and equipment operational doctrines\. Excellent oral, written, technical and interpersonal communication and organizational skills\. Works well independently and in group settings\. Working knowledge and experience with COMSEC material\. Proficiency with encryption key and techniques\. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to COMSEC material and classified information\.
Must be a US Citizen\. This position is located at a facility that requires special access\.

Thorough understanding of Risk Managed Framework \(RMF\), and JSIG\.
Prior ISSM/ISSO duties
Familiarity with RMF / JSIG / ICD directives
Familiarity with STIG Viewer, SCAP, Retina, and ACAS
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Unix/Linux, virtual VM, and Server management
Knowledge of system administration and network administration
Security\+ CE or CISSP certification and or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire\.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong interpersonal relations and analytical skills
