It's the perfect time to get involved.Requirements for the Role:* Experience leading consumer facing product or growth at a healthcare or lifestyle startup* Experience managing vendor procurement and product operations for call centers or enterprise field ops.* Experience designing and optimizing consumer Funnel progressions.* Experience implementing or managing a wide range of enterprise communication modalities (SMS, Call, Video, App)* Experience directing the work of technical teams (data, software, or IT).How We Define Success:* Support the launch and growth of our virtual business line in H2, ensuring our staff, network-contractors, and members have the tools they need to experience exceptional care.* In partnership with your Ops-counterpart, land a funnel strategy for Member Engagement including creative and novel channel plays, and rigorous use of data.* Identify and map the most important member journeys at Cityblock, and build the infrastructure necessary internally for that to guide service design and product.* Establish the key vocabularies and success metrics we'll use at Cityblock for discussing consumer; socialize and report regularly on exec-level performance metrics.* Design and implement the next generation of NPS measurement for Cityblock members, including novel methodologies for evaluating trust at scale.What We'd Like From You:* A resume and/or LinkedIn profile* A short cover letter, please!Cityblock values diversity as a core tenet of the work we do and the populations we serve.
