The Offer Program Manager Product is responsible for working with peers in Product Management, Product Marketing, CSG Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal and CSG leadership from product concept design through market readiness. The primary purpose of this position is to lead offer launch activities and assure all program launch success requirements are met according to our Offer Lifecycle Management Process and Best Practices. This position reports into the CSG Offer Management PMO Senior Director.Open to remote workers**Responsibilities:**+ Build, maintain, and communicate offer launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies from the cross functional launch team+ Anticipate bottlenecks, work out contingencies with our Offer Managers and provide escalation to management throughout new offer introduction lifecycle+ Ensure that all internal goals for new program launch are tracked and met including delivery, cost, and quality+ Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the release cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed.+ Support all launch activities and ensures that each program follows the Offer Lifecycle Process.+ Ensure that program timelines, issues lists, launch scorecards, and electronic program folders are properly maintained+ Lead and direct all launch team activities and establishes priorities when conflicts arise+ Routinely update management and key stakeholders on offer status and key metrics+ Demonstrate ownership, initiative and accountability on all assigned projects+ Ensure cross functional communication & alignment+ Ongoing identification of PMO best practices**Requirements:**+ Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment+ Self starter; willing to dig in and get the job done with guidance+ Possess a broad operating range, from strategic planning to tactical details+ 3-8 years of Project Management/Program Management+ Strong understanding of Salesforce products, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers.+ Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions.+ Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike.+ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority+ Preferred: Scrum master certification (CSM), PMI or PrMI certification.+ Preferred: Salesforce Admin or other certificationsSalesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
