* Full time position

* Monday-Friday

* 8 AM to 5 PM

* Placing calls to existing patients regarding refills of medical supplies

* Using a dialer system, taking inbound/outbound calls

* Having effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers

* Educating customers about our products and services

* Being a highly motivated, self-starter who will provide excellent customer service to our customers



JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Handles a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail

* Basic math skills

* Ability to multitask

* At least 1 year of customer service experience

* High School graduate (diploma) or equivalent

* Must be 18 years of age or older
