JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service and support to distributors, OEM customers and outside sales force. The position involves heavy phone and e-mail contact with customers. This individual interfaces with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and accounting in order to provide the highest level of service. Responsibilities of the position include quoting, order processing, expediting and some technical support. Technical/electronic background a plus

Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in manufacturing environment
The ability to handle multiple incoming calls and e-mails
The ability to multi-task and prioritize their work and time
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills, Windows and Internet
