Job Description SummaryThe Director of Operations for Strategic Consulting is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of strategic operational efforts for the Americas One Consulting team. This position is responsible for providing business insight in addition to project and operational management for Americas-led initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring initiatives are in line with C&W s strategic priorities, while focusing on improving culture, sales and employee engagement.
This position reports to the Americas Strategic Consulting Leadership team and is expected to partner cross-functionally with other teams to develop and manage the service line, including Regional Leaders, Regional Presidents, GOS Leadership and Platform Leadership.
Americas Consulting Operations Director, Consulting
o Manage restructure of consulting team with a focus on people, processes, and procedures
o Manage P&L, reporting, and profitability for business
o Manage pipeline system integrating with broader firm pipeline management
o Manage project and execution resources across all regions and business units
o Manage invoicing, billing, and collections process for consulting
o Manage shared knowledge management system across project, marketing collateral, and tools
o Create and implement consistent communication and operations announcement for consulting team
o Contribute to tool development and broader business intelligence and data strategies
o Support platform development and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives
o Partner with team and internal partners to develop a platform for packaging and rolling out key initiatives across the Americas Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
