THE RIGHT STUFF: A DRIVING FORCE WHO WILL HELP BUILD AND GROW OUR BUSINESS
We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader, with legs firmly set both on the technical side and market side.
You will be required to be a self-starter, grasp fast our technical, product and market domains, and command ownership of the inbound and outbound product management, and all products roadmaps.
Liquid Security and Nitrox both are highly technical products, with highly technical sales process. You will need to be intimately and deeply familiar with the product, pitch it passionately, and collect customers insights and requirements.
The customers you will target are some of the largest companies -- cloud and service providers and large enterprises in multiple market segments.

Market Intelligence and competitive analysis will consist a major part of your work: Develop in-depth understanding of competitor solutions, help define our market differentiation and competitive advantage, write competitive analyses on an ongoing basis and help ensure our collaterals and website clearly reflect unique competitive positioning.
Collateral creation will consist a significant part of your work: Customer presentations, product demos, product data sheets, sales scripts, FAQs, videos, external-facing case studies, ROI and solution briefs. You will maintain collateral library and guide field sales on its use.
Sales enablement: You will be expert on security buyers, understand and build buyer personas: who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
Outbound marketing activities: You will lead and participate in product promotions, industry events, trade shows, customer/partner press announcements, product launches, website updates, and joint marketing with partners.
At Marvell we innovate not only by developing disruptive technology and products, but also by defying the old-school go-to-market practices. You will be required to help create disruptive and innovative go-to-market strategies and practices and execute them.
THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE: DEMONSTRATED DATA ENCRYPTION AND NETWORK SECURITY EXPERIENCE
10+ years of relevant security product management experience software and hardware.
5+ years of experience serving large customers (Global2000, senior decision makers).
Deep experience in enterprise and cloud security. Experience in data protection, data encryption, HSM and key management is a significant plus.
Strong team player, with ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with product, engineering, sales and marketing, yet with ability to drive alone as needed.
Strong work ethic, positive not-taking-no-for-an-answer attitude, and adaptive to rapidly-changing environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an incredible culture. We ll give you all the tools you need to succeed so you can grow and develop with us. For additional information on what it s like to work at Marvell, visit our Careers page.
