The EEG Technician II, under minimal supervision, performs a variety of standard and complex diagnostic neurological tests to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral impairment. Calculates and analyzes standard and special procedure test results. Provides preliminary report for use by physicians.

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Work Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, 1800 Orleans Street, Baltimore, MD 21287
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Completion of AMA approved program in EEG Technology strongly preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification:
Certification by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET), or its equivalent.
A minimum of Two (2) years of work experience as an EEG Technician or equivalent experience in a related field is required, if an AMA approved program in EEG Technology was not completed.
