The individual selected will provide Maintenance services to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan by providing support to maintenance, production, and engineering.
This position is accountable and responsible for the following maintenance functions:
*Provide technical assistance to maintenance supervisor, planners, production technical assistance, and craft personal.
*Improve mean time between failure and reduce mean time to repair by applying lean concepts focusing on waste reduction and throughput.
*Improve maintenance related downtime.
Major responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to:
*Providing process improvements to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan.
*Functioning as a problem solver, applying theory and experience to develop process improvements and correctly identifying problems by submitting sound recommendations for long-term improvements of equipment and processes.
*Leading and participating in process improvements with multi-discipline technical staff, maintenance and production.
*Mentoring employees to increase their knowledge of equipment and process.
*Working to eliminate waste through reliability improvements and monitoring processes, ensuring they are in control and meeting expectations.
*Lead Root Cause Analysis
*Equipment reliability team meeting to review downtime data, scrap data, predictive technologies, and OEE.
*Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution or 5 years of experience in an Electrical technical role.
*Minimum 1-3 years' experience with PLC's, HMI's, AC/DC drives & motors, low & medium power distribution.
*Minimum 3 years' experience in leading, managing, and executing electrical projects.
*Maintenance experience within and industrial environment.
*Experience in Root Cause Problem Solving
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
