Join our Electronics Design group at the Coherent Technologies location in Louisville, CO as part of the Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center. This group operates in a rapid development environment providing total life-cycle support for electronics systems used for ground, air, and space applications, especially for cutting-edge lasers and laser imaging. The group is responsible for both research and development projects as well as flight systems.
As an senior-level Electronics Engineer, you will be supporting power, analog, and digital electronics design and analysis. As the program moves into Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) you will be supporting hardware delivery, integration and troubleshooting.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Mixed-signal design and analysis
Flight hardware design
Worst Case Analysis (WCA)
Parts Stress Analysis (PSA)
EMI and EMC design
You will typically have:
9 - 15 YEARS of professional experience for this role.
A willingness to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Thus you are a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES .

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience with a wide variety of mixed-signal and power circuit functionalities for spacecraft.
Demonstrated experience with Electrical Parts Stress Analysis (EPSA).
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Experience with spaceflight hardware design, analysis and / or troubleshooting.
Leading PSA and WCA efforts, including use of analysis tools.
Excellent presentation, oral and written skills.
Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with failure investigation processes (fishbone analyses, etc.).
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout support.
Power quality, EMI and EMC design experience.
Experience with image and Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
Ability to understand electrical circuits, interfaces, and interconnect diagrams.
Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware including design, integration, and test.
Experience with working in and/or leading and Integrated Products Team (IPT).
Experienced with working in geographically diverse teams and interfacing with industry partners/subcontractors.
Experience with MATHCAD, PSPICE or related engineering analysis tools for performing PSA/WCCA.
