In this role you'll be…. working both as part of a team and independently ensuring compliance to EHS related regulations and minimizing risks for our employees and the environment.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities: *Ensures full compliance with all applicable EHS federal, state and local legislative requirements
*Maintains a safe and hazard-free working environment
*Conducts EHS audits of people, facilities, process, and equipment on a regular basis
*Develops and implements programs to improve environmental and safety performance
*Uses knowledge of chemical properties to manage the site's chemical management program
*Maintains and drives EHS Management system (certified to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
*Leads and drives incident root cause and corrective/preventive action program
*Drives and participates in change management process to identify and reduce EHS risk of new processes, equipment, and other related changes
*Ensures accurate recordkeeping regarding EHS regulations
*Manage EHS Interns and/or full time EHS staff
*Manage day-to-day EHS activities for the Keene location and potentially others in US
Education and/or Experience Required: *A bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health or Safety or a related field
*A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the EHS field.
*Previous experience managing people is preferred
*Experience with safety for fleet and off-site customer service activities a plus
