The Hult House Clubhouse is located on 1 Education Street, in the heart of Hult International Business School. The Event/ Restaurant Manager position is a hybrid role as our ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day food service operation of two full service bars and evening events. This restaurant also hosts a Saturday Brunch and Catering Event options. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and supports leadership with financial reporting.

What you will do:

Manages all functional areas of the restaurant. ?Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.Assisting in the interviewing and hiring of frontline staff.Develops new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team.Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls.Assists with catering and special events.Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Management experience in a bar/ restaurant is required, at least 1 year.Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.Experience managing cost controls is preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.ServSafe Certification is preferred.Associate’s degree is preferred.
