WORK SHIFTDay: 8 hours
As part of the Administrative Services executive support team, this position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support to designated executives. This includes scheduling meetings and coordinating the executives' calendars, word processing, research and report preparation, meeting minutes, expense reports, maintaining payment records for vendors and special events and coordinating organization and division projects. Maintains division policies and procedures. Completes Administrative Services team assignments (e.g. meeting agendas and minutes, presentations, etc.). May be assigned to provide administrative support to other division managers.
Associates degree with seven years of administrative experience, at least three at executive level or Bachelor's degree with five years experience or equivalent.
Prior healthcare administrative experience in an executive setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including customer service, proactive task management, composition, and the ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors, employees, physicians and members of the executive team.
Expert level experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently.
Must also have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under changing conditions requiring reprioritization of work flow.
