The General Ledger Supervisor oversees the General Ledger team, monitors work flow to ensure all deadlines are met, and provides expertise in data analysis. The incumbent interprets data from various sources to develop high-impact, actionable reports for senior CRU leadership and translates technical data into meaningful language for nontechnical audiences campus-wide. He/she provides expertise and guidance in regards to General Ledger issue resolution and defect monitoring activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
Advanced analytics, data management, data visualization, and insight generation.
Demonstrated skill in supervising personnel and providing a work environment conducive to motivating staff and providing service to customers.
Ability and judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with faculty, staff, co-workers and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with subordinates, managers and administrators.
Demonstrated organizational skills to set-up tracking systems, prioritize job duties, and track each assignment to a satisfactory completion.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances while maintaining professional demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions.
Ability to delegate responsibilities, assigns accountability, and provides support to others.
