Our team works across industries and sectors to respond more rapidly and effectively, providing recommendations to improve cyber threat detection.**Qualifications**Required:Ability to obtain & maintain the required security clearanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Minimum 15 years of experience leading cybersecurity organizations including 5 years leading MA Cyber teamsBachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience2 years in a technical or functional lead roleExperience mentoring and coaching othersProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this roleMinimum seven (7) years of control system cybersecurity experience; 15 years cybersecurity experience with traditional computer systems (Server/desktop OS, Databases security, webserver security, encryption);Minimum five (5) years experience executing Service Headquarters MA Cyber program reviews and installation level MA Cyber assessments;Cybersecurity certification at IAM level III and control system cybersecurity specific certification like GICSP and DHS ICS-CERT Training.Cybersecurity assessments on airfield systems, DDC, BCS, ICS, UCS, EMCS, and control system networks; mitigation experience for most significant DoD control system cybersecurity concerns; leading Computer Network Defense (CND) organizations or Cyber Blue Teams.Experience conducting control system validations for DoN; USMC Control System Platform Enclave (CS-PE) or the USN CS-PE; experience supporting OSD with control system cybersecurity policy reviews;Clearable to TS/SCI level.Preferred:Previous Federal Consulting experienceUnderstanding of fundamental cloud computing conceptsExperience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal governmentKnowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMPMaster s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance or related field; Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fieldTS/SCI Clearance**How you ll grow**At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
