Under the direct supervision of the Manager Application, Training Implementation, the ERP Systems Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing the help desk support, and monitoring and responding to end users support request through a ticketing system. Additionally, the position will act as a system expert providing end user training on utilization of the system and process improvement and will analyze end user support patterns and provide this information to the ERP Team. The successful ERP Systems Support Analyst candidate will be responsible for end user support, and NAV ERP System support to include but not limited to:
Maintenance and management of end user ticketing system.
Prioritization of support tickets based on business impact.
Support and maintenance of Nav System.
End user remote and on-site support.
System testing and troubleshooting in response to tickets, and general performance troubleshooting.
Document ERP team processes and provide work instructions for troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
Assist with end user administration and training on new and existing processes.
Aid continuous improvement through ticket analysis and execute requested tasks to improve the system overall.Qualifications
High School degree required. Associates degree or higher highly preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of Dynamics NAV experience required. Basic version of NAV system is acceptable.
Minimum 2+ years of experience with MS Office and G Suite a plus.
2+ years of experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance preferred.
Experience creating and maintaining end user training documentation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven customer service and interaction skills.
Demonstrated rapport with user base.
Occasional multi-state travel will be required.Additional Information
