Imaging Development Liasion performs customer service and marketing duties such as securing and increasing referrals from existing and potential clients. Participates in applicable marketing meetings and customer service events designed to establish professional relationships with clients. Acquires marketing data for assigned region/sites regarding competition, analyzes competitive strategies, and guides the response to these actions.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Work Location - Johns Hopkins Imaging - White Marsh
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
Three or more years of applicable industry experience with a proven record of positive customer service/marketing experience in the health care field. Previous management experience or customer service/marketing expertise with regard to freeestanding imaging centers is preferred.
Requires an excellent understanding of Radiologic imaging equipment and imaging techniques
Requires extensive knowledge of medical terminology
Requires knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and graphics applications
Requires analytical ability to organize/assess competitive insights, communicate them to Radiology management and provide recommendations for development of customer service/marketing plan
Requires driver's license and auto insurance in good standing
Works in normal office environment where there is little discomfort to due to the extremes of heat, dust, noise, temperature and the like
Pay Grade: NL
