The Registration Analyst provides sales and customer support by completing administrative tasks related to our public schedule events, enrollments and customer facing follow up. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support Duties
Offer support to Inside Sales reps, allowing them to focus on generating new business opportunities.
Perform daily administrative tasks including but not limited to; student registrations, company mailbox monitoring, daily reporting
Research and timely follow up of customers (internal and external) questions
Provide back up during peak times of the month / quarter or when a team member is out.
Ability to research and analyze a student s account to determine an appropriate solution
Accurately enter orders and ensure orders flow correctly through GK systemsCommunicate consistently, quickly and effectively with sales reps to ensure high quality customer care.
When inaccuracies or problems noted acquire appropriate info from sales reps
Adapt to new role requirements as necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum two (2) years sales or customer or sales support experience
* Two (2) years - experience in training or professional services related field preferred.
