Aon is looking for a Business Services Coordinator
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk in Jacksonville, FL.
Your impact as a Business Services Coordinator
* Responds well to client needs, takes on additional workload to help meet client needs.
* Maintains Audit Quality Standards for DPU Processing as set forth in the APRM Operations Quality Standards.
* Maintains individual Weekly Production Overall Average goal of 175 Items per Week for the Year.
* Receiving and retrieving all incoming mail and policy information via paper mail, website retrieval and incoming emails and faxes.
* Scanning and Distribution of mail and information received daily.
* Preparation of outgoing mail for entire office
* Special projects as needed
* Ordering and distribution of office and marketing supplies
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
* Knowledge of general office administration.
* Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to communicate effectively with others , both written and verbally.
* Intermediate PC skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
* Insurance experience preferred but not required.
* Prefer 1-3 years of data entry/technical/administrative experience.
* Associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
