Job Description

PA Consulting Group has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant based out of our Boston office. The individual in this role will provide comprehensive administrative support to three Partners in the Healthcare and Energy sectors as well other day-to-day administrative activities.

Job Requirements

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Assisting two partners with client and internal meetings, reports, proposals and presentation production; produce draft letters, memos and emails as required; ensure fast and efficient production (reproduction) of high quality proposals and presentations in line with PA standards
Handling complex calendar management, travel arrangements and submission of expenses
Planning routine meetings, events and business development activities
Maintaining and ensuring accurate data within the following systems (xRM - Customer Relationship and Pipeline Management, CVR - Client Value Reviews, PeopleSoft, Concur - Travel and Expense Management and Pyramid - Intranet)
Managing purchasing requirements and payment of expenditures
Ensuring the process for bringing new joiners into the sector is seamless - this entails being the main point of contact with all other functions in integrating individuals into the team
Working closely with other corporate functions to achieve marketing and recruitment initiatives as needed
Acting as a main point of administrative contact for staff and visitors in the Boston office
Providing cover for team members during leave or sickness absence
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree and/or at least three years of executive administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be local to the Boston area; no relocation will be provided

Able to work with minimal supervision in a sometimes fast-paced deadline-oriented environment, and alternatively in a quiet environment when consultants are at client sites and few are in the office.
Able to prioritize, multi-task, and assimilate information quickly
Possess a strong attention to detail
Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
Be enthusiastic, cheerful, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
Be energetic and motivated, confident and assertive when necessary
Have knowledge of PeopleSoft, SharePoint, CRM databases
Be willing to take on additional administrative tasks as necessary
